K.,
Welcome to GA, from one West Coaster to another. We moved here from Burbank/Glendale almost two years ago.
Without directly asking, if you are in your 30's, it might be time, if you have not already, to consult with an RE. As I have experienced it, Clomid is like the first step in fertility treatment, but given that you don't seem to be ovulating, and if this has not yet been done, I would ask about having your FSH level checked. This test can often tell more about your cycle than just not ovulating can.
I personally recommend Donna Sessions, MD of Emory University's Center for Reproductive Medicine. I give it up to her for helping us, after 2 IVF cycles, and 6 Clomid-assisted IUI cycles with other practitioners, to have our 2nd child, a little girl born in April of 2007.
I am 43 years of age, so fertility was definitely a challenge the 2nd time around. I delivered my daughter at the ripe old ageof 42.
I also suggest Li Hua, L.Ac out in Sandy Springs. If no one has yet suggested this, acupuncture treatment can have a direct positive affect on fertility issues. Anyhow, Dr. Hua is both skilled and extremely compassionate and gentle. If those qualities make a great team member on your fertility fight, she's got them in spades.
Good luck K..
