We used Americas Backyard (Chris Isaacson) for our past 2 fences and were happy. Havent had any problems with them so i would reccomend them. They are on the web, just google their name.
Cedar Rustic is the premiere fencing company in the Chicago area. We are extremely happy with ours. I have neighbors who used America's Backyard and within two years it was falling down and AB refused to fix it. Cedar Rustic has a 3 year warranty against and defects.

Hi there. I recently got quotes from a couple places and thought that Peerless Fence seemed to be the most reliable and trustworthy (plus they were the least expensive of the 2 -- although fences are really expensive!!) They installed one of our neighbor's fences many years ago (10yrs?) and the neighbors are happy with it. The only downside was that there is only one guy per "area," and you have to allow 24 hours for him to contact you by phone, and then he couldn't schedule his visit (to measure) for 5 days after that.

I have used America's backyard fencing company (aluminum). I was happy with their sales department and fence application. However, I now have a problem with my gates and their customer services is poor. My gates have never stayed closed on their own (they are magnetic) and if I want them to have latches places I will need to pay for it. However, I do not know for sure because I have called them and e-mailed them multiple times and the last time was last week and still have not heard back from them.
Sorry to rant, obviously I am greatly disappointed and would not recommend them at this time.
My sister used Classic fence (wooden) and was happy with them.
Good luck. I love having a fence but think it is ridiculous I need to keep bungi cord on the gates to keep them closed.
We used Paramount Fence. They had our wooden fence up in 6 hours. We were very happy with them. They are out of Batavia.
