Your breakfast menu sounds good, maybe add some milk in a cup and oatmeal or scrambled eggs and grits sometime. Open up his lunch options add some steamed, cut in bite size veggies, like the graduates, try lunch meal cut up or make a sandwich by rolling out the bread with a rolling oin amd put on a meat and some whipped cream cheese and then cut into bite-size peices. At dinner let hime eat what you are just cut in bite size pieces he can pick up. I would start wweaning him from the bottle and start with a sippy cup.

I see you are fulfilling the need for fruit, milk products & poultry and that is good. However, I do recommend adding some vegetables and red meat (i.e. shredded beef, hamburger meat) to the mix. When my 3rd child was that age, I would blend our dinner in the blender to make smaller pieces. He enjoyed getting a good variety of foods that way and I felt better that he was getting important nutrients.

Get him off the bottle now before he gets any older-- the older he gets, the harder it will be. As for food, try and get him to eat whatever you are eating. He will get picky soon so expose him to different foods now while he is willing to try them.

Need to add some veggies. Toss the bottle (not the milk, just lose the bottle itself). And the juice, while is okay, is not necessary. Full of sugar with almost NO added benefit. Teach your child to drink water. It's a much healthier habit. My two didn't even LIKE juices and never wanted them (I encouraged them in this) and also wouldn't drink soda for years! 10 year old eventually learned to enjoy sodas :( When he was about 7 yrs. 7 yr old STILL doesn't care for soda. She prefers water.
