I was wondering if anyone has used Craig's Collision Center in Grapevine (off 114 next to Sam's). Someone hit my car today and I am not familiar with any collision places around here.

I have not used the one in Grapevine, but have used two others, (Arlington & Bedford). My son-in-law used to be an employee of Craig's and he is good at what he does. He worked at the one in Fort Worth, neither Craig's knew I was a family member of an employee. I received excellent service and quality workmanship from Craig's both times I used them.

Craig's Collision is a great place to get your car fixed. My husband worked there for five years. I also had a car repaired there. They back all of there work for ever. Grapevine is the company home office, however they also have a location off of beach street in Fort Worth. The only thing you need to know is it could take up to three weeks. It's not the body men or the shops falt it's just how insurance companies work. So just make sure you have rent car scheduled for as long as you need it.
We used Craig's when our 16 year old neighbor ran into my husband's truck. They did a great job at a reasonable price and completed the work in a very timely manner. We got one estimate that it would take 2 days to do the work and Craig's did it in one day. We were very pleased and would use them again.
We've used it and were happy with the results.

I've used Craig's as well, and I agree, they were easy to work with! They worked with my insurance company directly with the damage to my truck - and the rental car. It was also much less than going to the dealership directly.
We used them about a year ago after my car was hit. It was over the holidays & they were wonderful! They have rental cars on site & take care of all the insurance-if your coverage includes a rental car they'll have it their for you. They seemed nice & honest although I should admit that we claimed it on insurance so all I had to pay was the deductible so I wasn't all that concerned with the price. In hte end, my car looked great & I would go back.

I don't know anything about Craig's either. I've always taken my car to Mason's Paint and Body in Keller. They are on Main St./Hwy 377. They have always done me right.
