When my husband was Government we had GEHA and Tricare. My dad is Government and has GEHA and Tricare. GEHA was always great for us. And VERY affordable.
Are their any Momma's out their that have Federal Benefits? I am looking for advice as to which plan is better. The choices I have came to are APWU, GEHA, Blue Cross..Wasn't sure if any of these are better then the other??
Thank you ladies for all of your recommendations.

We have BCBS and won't use any other. It covers almost everything and we rarely have any large medical bills even after surgeries or emergencies. Also if you plan to have more children BCBS covers ALL maternity costs. For me since I was high risk that was awesome since I was having detailed ultrasounds every two weeks that were $800+ each before insurance. For my entire last pregnancy that ended in a c-section I only paid $20 and that was because it cost $20 to use the TV at the hospital and the insurance didn't cover that LOL. I just took my newborn to see a specialist and all I had to pay was the co-pay. So my vote is BCBS.
We use Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
We used to have GEHA. It was slightly less expensive than BC, but for some reason, their billing department was horrible. I was always getting billed for out-of-network charges, even though my providers were part of their PPO. I was always able to get the charges corrected, but only after spending hours on the phone with my insurance and health care provider billing departments.
I have never had a problem with billing mistakes using BC. Good luck to you!
I had apwu but switched to GEHA, The plan thru APWU ended up being great the first part of the year, but sucked the rest. GEHA is pretty good all year round
