I agree with the bbq, anything on the grill is good. We also do tacos, since the only thing you need to cook is the meat.
With the weather getting warmer, I feel like I always make the same old thing. We mostly end up eating A LOT of fruit and BBQ. I make homemade pasta salads and fresh green salads. Anyone have favorite summer time meals?

Cucumber & tomato salad is a favorite. Also chicken salad and wraps of any type. Watermelon also.
Shopska Salad (cut up tomatos, cucumbers, olive oil, red wine vinegar & sirene... if you can not get sirene in your area feat is similar).
Smoothies made with frozen fruit, juice & yogurt... this ends up being breakfast or lunch on many hot humid days.
Fresh salad with cut up left over chicken.
I blogged about something like this a while ago.

chicken salad
boil chicken breast, dice, add a dolop of low-fat/fat free sour cream (maybe a little mayo, but sparingly to keep from tasting "heavy") - S&P to taste
add other crunchies you like (grapes, craisins, almond slivers, celery, etc)
I eat on bed of spinach - Yummy:)
Seafood grilled.. Shrimp fajitas are awesome.
Brisket
grilled peaches, bananas
Huge crisp salads. Corn on the cob.. Watermelon, berries..
I have posted a question about this a couple times if you want to look back at my history. I have recently discovered tostadas which is now our "no cook" favorite! Just buy the bag of shells (cheap!) a can or 2 of refried beans (this past weekend we tried black beans too...yum) shredded lettuce and cheese on top. Fast, easy and cheap and all of us love them. Good luck!
All kinds of fish on the grill, with grilled veggies. We just had grilled whole trout, wrapped in tin foil with butter, salt, and herbs. Asparagus and red potatoes...
My daughter likes to have picnics with bread/olive oil, cheese & sausage, fruit/veggies.
