I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but I did a 'bible study' type program that included fasting as part of the program. It is called "The Lord's Table" and it changed me in more ways than losing weight. I did do the fasting days and I never thought I could. There are two ways to do the program and I did the one that was laid out like (one normal day, two half days, two liquid days, and one fast day--not in that order). The program is 60 days and truly leads you into trusting God and not food....I never thought I was one to overeat, but I quickly realized I did. It is free and is absolutely wonderful. I am still impressed with the depth of the bible study.....it is free...check it out. Let me know if you have questions.
