Family/Kids Yoga Dvds

It looks like it's been a while since anyone asking something similar so I thought I'd ask again. Does anyone have a family or kids yoga video that they love? I looked at a bunch on Amazon and for every good review it seemed like there was a bad one so it's hard to choose. I'm looking to do yoga at home with my almost 5 year old daughter. Thanks in advance!

We like YogaKids Fun collection for ages 3-6 with Marsha Wenig. There are two DVDs: Yogakids ABCs DVD and YogaKids silly to calm DVD. It also comes with stickers. My son and I do them 3-4 times a week. Each DVD gives a 30 minute workout. The other 10 minutes tell more info about the program. It is divided on the menu. So it is very easy to skip the info portion. Yes, I get down on the floor and go through the workout with him. At first I felt a little silly doing some of the poses with him, but it is a great way to have fun with your kids. I prefer the Silly to calm Dvd and my son likes the ABC one better. (I personally hate doing the bow and the wheel. Both are on the ABC Dvd. I usually muddle my way through the bow, while my son goes on and on about how much better he is at yoga than mommy. And I substitute the camel for the wheel when we do the ABC Dvd. Again, my son loves being able to do something mommy can not do. ) While both Dvds will give your body a physical workout, the Silly to calm one also includes some breathing. These Dvds literally saved me from pulling my hair out everytime my son would have a temper tantrum. After we started doing them, I noticed a big difference in his ability to focus on and cope better with his feelings. When he is angry, I tell him to do the volcano and then bunny breath. I thought he would get bored after a while, but we are still going strong even after 7 months using these two Dvds. There are three or four pages of stickers. We have already finished them all, so I got his favortie stickers to use for yoga stickers now. I hope you will find something you can do together with your daughter.

YogaKids and Gaiam Kids have good kids' yoga DVDs. We enjoy them both, and my daughter likes to follow along with the Namaste Yoga shows that I record on the DVR. Isn't it great to practice yoga with your daughter?! I'm looking for a Mom & Me yoga class in our area. Right now we both go to separate classes. Have fun!
