I created a short fairytale for my niece that is turning 4 and wanted a cartoon drawing to go along with it. I have seen these before where the story is on the paper and there are cute drawing related to the fairytale all around it...any ideas on where to get this done? I person I was going to use is unable to do it and have already put time into creating this story...Thanks in advance!

Look on Etsy. start out by searching something like "Fairytale Drawings" and see what comes up. Then, contact the seller directly if you don't see exactly what you're looking for. Many will do custom orders.
Can you ask you niece to draw pictures? You can use her art and make a book.
you might put up a post on craigs list, on fiver and other gig type short term hire ads. You can browse talent and retain someone. I would look for an illustrator, a graphic artist, a cartoonist, a charicaturist, all would have the right skills.
