We go to Dr Epley who is an optometrist that specializes in kids - I know he has an optical shop in his office. He's in Kirkland so if that is too far you could always call him too and ask for recommendations. ###-###-####
Hello, my 20-month-old girl needs glasses and I'm having trouble finding a shop with plenty of good frames for little ones. Does anyone know where I can get specialized help in finding good-fitting and cute eyeglasses for a toddler? Thanks very much.

Greenwood Optical...They do a great job and are very helpful!
Try not to get caught up in the "cute" thing with glasses. Ask for the most sturdy- hard to break ones. Also make sure you get a waratee to replace them when they are broken or lost. Of course, that is easier said than done (the cute thing). It is hard to enter "glasses land" with our child. My son got to be first to pick his desk in kindergarten because he (and another girl) had glasses. It made him feel very important and special.
There aren't many. When I went looking for my 4 year old I had the same problem.
We saw super cute ones at walmart, and some at the northgate super target. I'd call them, and West Seattle Optical to see what kind of a selection they have. Plus there's a good frame shop in Wallingford, on Eastern and 45th, they might have some too. Good luck!
