Wow. That sounds kinda scary. You should go to the doctor.
I'm 28 weeks pregnant and my eyes have been feeling so weird around them it feels like pressure on my eyelid almost pushing against my eye my eyesockets are sore when imove my eyes at times. Also my eyes feel so weird when I move them and sometimes it feels like ihave something stuck in my eye but there is nothing there. It's very hard to explain but maybe somebody out there is experiencing weirdness in there eyes during pregnancy also, it would make mefeel a whole lot better.
I have gone to the eye docter he says he looked inside my eyes says there is no inflammation or infection

I'm not pregnant but have been experiencing this off and on lately. The eye doctor told me it's allergies. Pollen, Oak Bloom, certian flowers, etc..My eyes hurt so bad at times they feel like they are going to explode. I use drops that the eye doctor told me to get. You need to see an eye doctor right away. Some days my eyes are just dry and itch like crazy...Go to an eye doctor asap and it should help your eyes ...
I would get checked out ASAP...anything weird with eyes or head while pregnant needs immediate attention
Have your doc check for iodine.
Also I'd suggest looking at WestonPrice.com for diet, you are missing some nutritional factor.
best,k
I'm also pregnant and sometimes have discomfort but I think it's hormone related as it tends to go away in a few hours. If it doesn't, it would be a good idea to check with an eye doctor ASAP, especially if you have redness, pain, bluriness, see rings around lights or flashing lights.
In the meantime, if you wear contact lenses, remove them and see if things improve. Sometimes it's a little dust or lint stuck in your eye (you could try rinsing your eyes out with saline). It could also be dryness or allergies, try taking vitamin E to counteract this (check with your OBGYN first if you're on prenatal vitamins).
Hyperthyroid can cause eye problems. It would be worth having your thyroid levels checked out.
Fluid retention in pregnancy is not limited to ankles and feet. Your eyes can also have extra fluid in them, causing the symptoms. This happens to me all the time, and I'm due on Monday. If you've been to an eye doc, and everything checked out fine, I wouldn't worry.
that has nothing to do with pregnancy.. go to an opthamalogist asap. sounds like you have some sort of infection/inflammation. u dont want to mess w. the eyes -- go soon!
it is probably dry eye syndrome. your preg hormones can cause dry eyes or make them better or worse. i have dry eyes, and for me it actually got better when i gt pregnant but after i had baby when the hormones went back to normal - hello dry eye. talk to the nurse about it and see if she thinks you need to come in or go to eye dr. make sure whatever they give you is safe during pregnancy.
It could be glaucoma or styes or a number of things - get checked out by an ophthamologist.
