We are going to purchase a 2011 Honda Odyssey soon. I've been shopping around and so far the best deal I can get is at Walser Honda in Burnsville. The employees seemed helpful and friendly. Any one have experience with the sales and service at Walser Honda in Burnsville? This would be a switch for us because our two previous Hondas came from another dealer. I will probably be bringing it for service to the dealer so I would like to know how the service department is also.

I have great experience at Walser Toyota. Obviously not the same as what you are asking but it's in the same family and I think follows the same philosophy re: sales, service, etc.
We just leased at 2010 Odyssey from Walser Honda a couple of months ago and were very pleased with the service we received. Our sales rep was great and I appreciated that the sales manager even came over to introduce himself and thank us for our business. We were given Blue Book value for our trade when other dealerships were offering us much less for our old vehicle. They have lots of incentives as well, like free car washes for as long as you have the car, etc.
I got my Pilot at Honda in Burnsville, and traded in my Odyssey. We did a LOT of car shopping before buying my car. We went there because it was no haggle, and great service. We were treated best there out of all the places we went (Jeep, Saturn etc...) I get all my maintenance done there and think that dept is fabulous as well. They always have me in and out pretty quick and explain things well. I love Hondas customer service and do highly recommend them.
