I'll second the response to the comment from Stella about whether or not you really need a c-section.
I tried to find some way to have a VBAC after my first, and I found that there were very few options, and none at all for a breech baby (both of mine were breech.)
I seem to remember hearing from almost everyone I talked to (hospitals, birthing centers, home birth caregivers, and other organizations) that these days, after two c-sections a VBAC is no longer an option. I remember that information so clearly because I knew that if we decided to have a third, all the stress of whether or not I'd be able to have a VBAC would be gone.
Since you didn't even suggest that you are interested in a VBAC (or even whether its an option for you), Stella's question seems unhelpful since she provided no specific information about a caregiver who might be willing to help you have a VBAC even if that would be an option in your specific case.
I carefully weighed my options before I had my first c-section -- I had a breech baby, so I did have the time to evaluate the options -- so I'm always bothered by people who suggest that women who have c-sections just haven't looked at their options.
