HI K.,

I don't take energy pills but I do take the Trader Joe's Women's Multivitamin and it is awesome! They give you energy and really help me feel good. I took the regular ones before I became prego then I switched to the pre-natal version which I and am still taking after giving birth.

Hi K.,
I love the sublingual B12 with folic acid from trader joes-cheap and easy, yummy and I joke they are my mommy's helper's as opposed to the 70's when mom's were taking valium and worse- I take two in the AM an another 2 in the afternoon when feeling tapped out I will even take one at night or miday when feeling low energy. They are water soluable and your body will dump the excess- I am 9mo pregnant now with 2 boys 4 & 7 so I need all the help I can get -good luck mamma-L

Hi K.,
I was using Sublingual Liquid B Complex. I use to take it just during my period and it made a big difference. Then I took it when ever I remembered or was really lagging. Currently, I am pregnant and taking a prenatal which has B's. I am actually adding the Liquid B for horrible spells of nausea. The Dr. said I can only take it twice a day in addition to my prenatal. But within 5 minutes my nausea is gone for about 1 hour. You can find it at drugstore.com.

Hi K.- I have a great recommendation for you: XanGo 3SIXTY5 women's whole food nutrition vitamin and mineral daily dietary supplement. I am 53 and very perimenopausal. I had been more exhausted than I had ever been in my life, including the years when I was having and raising three small children! Since taking 3SIXTY5 twice a day (it comes in a foil packet with AM and PM dose), I have had more energy, slept and felt better, cut out afternoon coffee (which actually was making sleep at night harder and worsening the problem), have eliminated period-related fatigue and have found the engery to exercise, which has helped me lose a little weight. I would highly recommend 3SIXTY5 which in addition to B complex vitamins has CoQ10 which is very important in making the energy locked in our cells available for our use, iron for menstruating women (also comes in iron-free formula), chromium which helps to maintain level blood sugars, a propriety formula for heart health supplements, bone health supplement and proprietary mangosteen extract plus 24 additional fruit and vegetable extracts blends for fruit/vege-based whole food supplementation in this vitamin and mineral supplement, in two small packets to take daily! Please visit my websites for more information: (mom-owned businesses) www.referralco-op.com www.findgreenhere.com and www.valleytravelconnections and www.theoneperfectsystem.com/vgarnese If you are interested in trying 3SIXTY5, I would be happy to give you a free 30-day supply. I am very confident you will feel the difference and want to continue on these after the 30-day free trial. Please contact me at ____@____.com or call me at ###-###-#### and I will UPS your box asap! Start the new year off with more energy! Also, visit http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/1471628/?ps=7 for XanGo local event information.

K.,

I know this will sound a bit like a sales pitch but I can't resist telling you what works for me!

Have you ever tried any Nutrilite products? You may have seen the Nutrilite commercials on TV, organic, from "seed to serving". Nutrilite, XS and Perfect Water optimal health brands that I market. Here are the basics I use personally to keep my energy up:

! Take a daily supplement, be sure your system is getting the basics (sometimes that is the main problem) - I use the Double X or sometimes the Women's Supplement Pack.
! For energy boost -
XS Energy Drink -- No bull, XS is no sugar, no fat, 0-2 gr carbs, caffeine less than a cup of coffee - an energy formula of B vitamins and key amino and folic acids. Excellent, my fav is Black Cherry Cola. 12 flavors to choose, or pick the mixed box to see what you like.
Nutrilite Rhodiola -- This product increase your physical and mental performance. I personally use Rhodiola when I need more focus.
Perfect Empowered Drinking Water -- Yes, bottled water! Most of us tend to be dehydrated when we're lacking energy. This water has a bonus, it is filtered 15 times and goes through MBO process which adds in more stabilized oxygen. (www.drinkperfectwater.com for more info) Perfect Water has given me a tremendous boost in my workouts.

I have to agree with Renee S. I love all the Nutrilite and XS products, I also drink the Perfect Water and add a immune supplement to it that adds to helping me stay healthy especially during the cold/flu season. Best thing about it is that they are delivered right to your door.

Hi K.,

I am a wellness consultant and it sounds like you are not getting enough nutrients and that is why you have limited energy.

I recommend wholefood supplements as that is the best for the body because it recognizes it as a food and can be obsorbed in the body much easier and faster.

If you are interested in learning more let me know and I will send you a web site to look at and if you want me to put a program together specifically for your needs I can do that also.

Happy New Year.

Hi K.!

B12 vitamins can help when your fatigue is due to anemia.

Water soluable vitamins pass though quickly but fat soluable ones can be directly utilized by the body.
Here is a fat soluable vitamin for B12 .....METHYL B12.
Lack of another B vitamin, B1 (thaimine)can also cause fatigue. A fat soluable vitamin for B1/thiamine is BENFOTIAMINE.
B1 needs b2 and b3 for uptake and you need b6 to uptake b12, so take a water soluable B complex vitamin at the same time. If you do have iron deficient anemia, lethicin can help make red blood cells. AND... you need vitamin E to convert B to an active form.

Lastly, these can all deplete your B vitamins pretty rapidly:

sugar and carbs of all kinds
coffee/tea
alcohol
smoking
fever
chronic stress
chronic diahhrea
antibiotic/neomyacin
cholesterol meds
antacids
ulcers
aldomet
thorazine
birth control pills

Another thing worthy of attention:CHIA SEEDS.
This was the staple food of the Aztecs and they used it to run marathons...just a tablespoon of it. do a search on it on the web.
