See if you can get a blood test for your iron levels. Most women are borderline anemic anyway, and you might benefit from iron supplements. Caution: you don't want an iron overdose, though, so def. ask your doc (or at least the miniclinic in your supermarket?)
I've personally had luck with vitamin B supplements. Overdose is unlikely, since it's a water-soluble vitamin, but there are a couple you want to stay away from mega-doses of. Reference chart: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B_vitamins
Also, if you're using calming scents in your house, replace your candles or scentsy or whatnot with something more invigorating - goodbye lavender, hello orange!
Also, fake being SuperMom - I'm going to try - we have a Summer Bucket List. Google it, but in a nutshell, write down everything you want to do over the summer in two lists: one, on white paper - things that take a few minutes to a few hours (write and mail a letter, go to the movies). Your second list, on colored paper - things that take all day (go to that really great park that's further away than you usually want to drive just for a trip to the park). (Or, you can do three colors - separate your few minutes and few hours lists into two colors. Or you could even separate your "several hours" list into two colors - things that require mom, and things that don't!) Cut up the list, fold the slips of paper, drop them in a bucket. The rule is, you have to do the things you draw out of the bucket. Now, you don't have to come up with something on the fly. You have a bucket. Instant solve to "Mom, I'm bored!"
