T.K.
well...i jumped for joy 1st time each of my kids pooped in the potty chair. Never thought I'd clap and do a happy dance over a bowel movement.
After romping, cruising, climbing, chasing the dog, and giggling up a storm, I cuddled with our DS, who is 11 months old. He smelled like a sweaty little boy, and not like a sweet smelling infant. I nestled my nose into his hair and inhaled deep, and had my heart go pitter patter. I guess he's growing up, before our very eyes.
Has your heart gone pitter patter over something which you would have heretofore considered gross?
Ah, the Joys of Parenthood.

I LOOOVE the stinky little boy smell. My husband thinks I'm nuts and I love his stinky feet too. That's not going to last much longer as he grows but that smell makes me happy.
Yep-- my little boy tends to be a nudist and sometime last winter we went from "Awww, a naked baby" to "Ewwww, cover that thing up!"
Yeah, I cried when our 4yr old was actually potty trained and I could officially tell everyone that he was. Then I gave the finger to the diaper/pull ups isle in the store!
MY father always maintained that little boys' hair always smelled like a bird's nest! Love it!
