So NOT pregnant. Phew! ;) Sorry for leaving you hanging, I didnt get a chance to test before I left for the lake and couldnt connect to their stinking wifi!
I took a test a couple days ago and it was neg, and I started this morning FINALLY! (Tmi sorry)
I have an appointment with my OB this month to make sure there isnt anything weird going on.
I think it was just because I traveled a lot last month and was around different women a lot.
So, to add a question do you think being around other women a lot could throw off your cycle?

P.S. Thanks for the concern. :)

What can I do next?

i think it's a real phenomenon. it didn't happen for me, ever, because i grew up in a household of men, then was on the pill forever so stayed regulated. but it does seem to happen with groups of women who cycle naturally. i think it takes a while, though, i doubt it would occur over a vacation, and with groups of different women.

Glad you are okay!

I just read (yesterday!) an ariticle that said being around other women has no proven effect om a cycle. Apparently it just seems that way due to the fact that it last for seven days (approx.) so when you have a group there is bound to be overlap. I think it was a Yahoo Health article, but not sure.

I've heard that, but never actually experienced it. Even growing up, my Mom and I never had the same cycle. I had a roommate in college for a while, and our periods never 'synced' up. Maybe it can happen, but it's never happened to me!

Yes, I think that can happen. My periods have been all over the place for years but the last 9 months or so I have been hanging out with 3 gals regularly and our periods have all synced up the last 4 or 5 months.
