Driving Me crazy....jff

I know I have a ton of typos when I type on here. I don't always proofread like I should. Some words come out spelled with jumbled letters, becasue, adn.

When I do have a word that I am unsure of the spelling I look it up.
It's my hangup.
I try to remember that most of you can spell and just type in a hurry, those that can't I overlook. So what, we're on a public forum.

OK, this post is not about anyone's bad spelling on here.
Do any of you have the ad on top about Halloween Costumes? There is a little girl in a witch hat with a pumpkin.
It says in big letters
Got a Great Halloween Cosume? AAAAAAAAAAAAAa

I went to bed thinking about it, I woke up this morning and it's still here.
What drives you crazy?

What can I do next?

Wow... I'm usually a spelling "nazi"... I hate seeing spelling errors! (I do realize people are also using i-phone type phones to access this site, so I know it happens frequently.) I don't usually point it out to the person in error, though.

However, I usually totally ignore the ads on the page, so I didn't even see it!

It really does bother me when a business has a spelling error, though.... gee... how "unprofessional"!

its such a tiny ad I never even noticed it lol. Yesterday I was watching a tv show and they had a song on there. It wasn't even a real song, just something they made up for the show, it only has like two lines, but those two lines were stuck in my head the rest of the day!

The songs from cartoons. There is this song that Disney runs called "Small Potatoes".....It's cute, but once they have that on there and my youngest just loves it, I can never get that tune out of my head. lol

I do love the Never Land Pirates theme song that those two guys do. Weird that I like that? LOL

We drove by a "Laser Wash" yesterday with a big sign on the building that reads "Laser Wash." The best part was the extra advertising sign they had by the road that read "Lazer Wash."

I try not to be too critical of things we write on websites in terms of comments and user questions, but anything professional drives me nuts. If I see more than two or three typos or punctuation errors on anything "professional" I immediately discredit the business. That is one of the reasons I always offer to proof or edit anything where I work. Sometimes it just takes one extra set of eyes to notice that missing letter.

I am usually on my iphone so I know that my errors are missing letters in a word because I have fat fingers!

I don't usually look at the ads on the site unless I'm totally bored or I can see it out of the corner of my eye...LittleTikes.com is the one I see now. But I did go up and look...sure enough Cosume is there.

I know people make mistakes, jeez I make them ALL the time...but in a professional atmosphere it can make me batty!

Yesterday on FB a friend posted "she's my heart and soal"...that irritated me. But I don't say anything, I just try to move on. (BTW this same person has terrible spelling)

20+ years in marketing/adv production makes you a typo MAGNET! LOL
I do prefer to see obvious typos to the people who can't differentiate between there, their and they're. KNIM?
