try a mix in like crystal light so the color changes and it doesn't taste like water. Just some kids plain hate the taste of water. Be inventive on differnet flavors to see which ones she likes.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get my 10 month old daughter to drink more water, i'd sure apprecialte. we have tried adding some juice to it just to give it taste, but that doesnt seem to work either. she will only drink water when she is really thirsty and there isnt a bottle around. she drinks her water from a sippy cup.

She does not need water at 10 months. If you are worried about dehydration dont be. Formua is half water and if she is drinking juice, half of that should be water.
My oldest only drank water from a sippy cup - she would not drink it from a bottle. I never gave either on of my kids juice or soda only milk or water so they did not develope a taste for it. Just keep giving it to her in the sippy cup, she will get the taste of it.
Maybe you should try those sugar free flavor packets for her.
Fortunately, my 4 yr old has always liked water. She discovered I had a water bottle in the fridge that I would drink out of when I was thirsty. She tried to steal mine, but I gave her a special one she could call her own. Now, when she is thirsty she will go to the fridge and get her water from her special water bottle. When she was smaller I just kept it iced and on the table in the kitchen or somewhere she could reach it. We take our water bottles with us when we go places. It is fun for her. Good luck!
Babies don't need water at 10 months old. It's better for her to get the nutrition from a bottle/ or breast. Also too much water in a baby can throw off their electrolites. Not a good thing!! Good luck!!!
My kids like the strawberry sparkling water from walmart and they have been drinking that for awhile now. Now I'm adding regular water to it and they are still taking it just fine, right now I'm doing half flavored and half regular. That is just about all that they'll drink and it has no sugar, no caffeine, no calories, no sodium, or anything like that and the doctor was surprised today that they drink it so well. We like the strawberry one the best and then the white grape one is ok. I know walmart carries that, but some of the other stores have flavored water but their brand has calories and other junk in it and I'd stay away from that.
FLAVORED WATER!!! IT WORKED EVERYTIME FOR MY 2 YR OLD SON!!
My doctor recommended we add one teaspoon of DARK Corn Syrup for each ounce of water. I thought that was too sweet so I started with 2T (six teaspoons) for eight ounces and cut back gradually. It just needs to be sweet enough so they'll drink it. Ask your pediatrician.
Kroger makes a water that has the seamee street monsters on them. my daughter loves elmo so she will drink all the ones that has him on them try it they are like 2 for 6 of them can't hurt...you'll find it on the baby food isle...
my kids won't drink water unless it is ice cold. Try putting some ice in her cup with the water. Coming from the faucet isn't cold enough for kids.
Hey, Have you tried Crystal light. It just basicly flavors the water not much sugar if any at all. It comes in several different flavors. My kids love it. Especially the orange. Hope this helps.
have you tried flavored water? my sons loved that stuff. i gave that to them and they begged for more. well at least my 3 yr old does.
We always give our 2yr old Propel when he needs more water and he takes it just fine.
Try adding a little corn syrup to it. I did that for my daughter. She loved it. I started gradually reducing it over about a 2 month period. When we were down to just a few drops I stopped it. Now she loves water and she is 5 1/2!!! Hope it works for you.
