Double Stroller Recommendations - Do You Have One That You Love or Hate?

It's time to start thinking about double strollers and there are so many out there I'm not sure where to start. I have decided that I want a side by side because I have noticed that kiddos tend to not want to be the one riding in the back. I would like a stroller that I can jog with in the neighborhood but it does not have to be a full fledged jogging stroller. I would also like something that is as light as a double stroller can reasonably be. If you have an opinion I would love to hear it.

Thanks,
C.

I have simply adored my BOB duallie. It's been a million miles around our neighborhood, but it's also gone on numerous beach trips, to music festivals, camping and more. It IS big, but it rolls well and is set up with locking and unlocking wheel features for joggers, walkers, etc. depending on what you're doing. I love it because my really tall 4.5 year old still fits great in it, so when we're on a really long excursion or at a music festival -he can still get in it eventually and be comfortable and lay back to sleep.

I am a stroller freak :) I love my double Maclaren to keep in the car (double combi is great but I am 5'8 and handle is WAY TOO SHORT) For jogging and long walks I LOVED Mountain Buggy double urbain...

I really like my Combi double side by side. It's 23lbs and it double folds so it's easy to travel with. It has a nice shoulder strap to carry it with to make it easy to put in and out of the car also. I am still using it with my 5yr old and 3yr old and my 5yo is a little on the tall side. I use it for walking/jogging every where we go basically and it's been great. You can remove the bar in front and easily remove the seat pads to wash. I have recently removed the pads to wash and tucked in the straps underneath since they haven't used those in a long time so now they aren't in the way. I also like the way the canopies come all the way down or just halfway, whichever you choose. Good luck to you! BTW, I did originally purchase a tandem stroller and ended up with tennis elbow and went to physical therapy for three months, it was VERY heavy and hard to steer. The stroller I have now is just slightly bigger than a shopping cart and fits through just about every door (it's rare that it doesn't fit)

Love my combi side by side (twin)....hated all the front/back ones I have had (graco, sit and stand). The combi is lightweight, reclines so much better, folds up so well and fits through any door!

Yep, it's true - the BOB Duallie just totally rocks. In my opinion it has been worth every penny.
