Dan at ABC Vet is the best in Lewisville. I don't know the price our dogs are Pugs.
We use Soggy Doggy. They come to your house, which is really nice. Oddly enough, they are not the best at returning phone calls, but they do an excellent job. To avoid the whole returning phone calls thing, I usually just book ahead and then I don't have to worry about it.
