T.K.
Do they keep you awake? There may be some things in there that give you energy. If there are any B vitamins, those will definately keep you awake! Other than that, I don't see how it would be a problem.
I started taking prenatal vitamins in the evening after dinner so I don't get nauseous. My friend says they should be taken in the morning.
I don't think it matters. What do you all think?
Thanks everyone! I didn't think it mattered.
Luckily, they don't keep me awake.
I'm not pregnant yet, but I did just go off bcp this weekend. Vitamins have just always made me a bit nauseous.

I have been taking GBG Super Formula for years. I actually purposely take them before bed because they have stopped my restless legs and I actually sleep better at night. They are chewable so they are quickly absorbed and they are much less money than other brands, even with shipping. Here is the website if you want to check them out: http://www.GBGisIT.com You can check the ingredients online to compare them to what you are taking now. Good luck!
It doesn't matter. Just take them with food.
I'm not sure... Read the bottle they came in... Also, be sure you are taking the correct dosage... I was take one a day then found out I should have been taking two. Best wishes. :)
Hi Irene! Thank you thank you thank you! That is a great question. I read the responses and I have to say I pretty much disagree with the mamas who said it doesn't matter. It does matter.
I blogged about it http://heyyougetreal.com/momblog/does-it-matter-when-i-ta....
Irene, your body is a miracle, treat it like one. It needs to be fed regularly.

No it does not... all that really matters is that you take in once a day. Taking at the same time everyday even better.
It makes no sense to take in the morning if you are just going to be nauseous, and perhaps not keep it down.
It depends what other meds you are on. I have to take my thyroid medicine in the morning, and I cannot take iron within 4 hours of taking that, so My vitamins have to be taken at a different time. Some people say taking vitamins at night is not good, because the B vitamins will cause your metabolism to be revved up, and you won't sleep as well.
If I did not take them between 2:30-3pm I puked.
I always took mine in the morning. I was watching Dr. Oz (or something like that) and he recommended cutting your vitamins in half and taking half a vitamin twice a day, so your body will absorb them better.
