A friend of mine started taking it a few years ago and told me how much beter she felt and caught colds less frequently etc. My son was in pre k at the time where germs prevail and I ordered some through her and we gave it a try for about a year. I think it was only that long because I procrastinated canceling. My son thought of them like a daily treat (like gummy candy). Other than that, I saw absolutely no difference in any of us. I do eat a lot of veggies already so perhaps I felt no better due to not needing to compensate for a deficiency to begin with. However, I thought it was just a waste of money. Now, it's been a year without and I still notice no difference.
