I am trying to find a replacement for my daughter's lovey which she is deserpately attached to. This doll is no longer sold in purple only in pink, the pink is abundant in stores and on the web. I bought her the pink one and she won't have it, she just cries and throws it on the ground and says dolly, dolly over and over, it's heart breaking. Darn it if she wont love the pink one, it's exactly the same, but you know how toddlers are!!! I lost a few auctions on ebay for the purple one which I'm sick about. Does anyone own this purple and white doll who is willing to sell it for a VERY NICE PRICE???? If so can you please message me???? You will make a little girl very happy!!!! I don't care if it's used and beat up either!!!! Thank you!!!!

I am wondering if you are aware she will know a purple one is not her doll either? She wants her doll, not a purple one, not a pink one, she wants her doll.

ETA*** Depending on her age you can easily fool her if they look alike. I had 2 of the exact same lovie for my girl and would secretly swap them out for cleaning. Until #2 got left in a store or restaurant, we're not sure and never found the spare.

Here is a link to one on ebay, buy it now price is $17, not sure if it's the exact one but it is purple one.

I'll keep looking for you, I'll also ask on my local facebook swap and sell if this one isn't the one. Just let me know.

Lovies are uber important :)

Will keep my eyes peeled. Check your local thrift stores! Where did her other one go?

When my firstborn son's handmade lovey literally started falling to pieces, I hunted to find the *exact* same materials and duplicated it to the very stitching.

He would have none of it, because it was not the original. Just let her keep the raggedy old dolly if she still has it.
