Hi,
I am looking to buy safe plastic baby bottles in the Santa Cruz area. I have seen them online, but was hoping to buy local. I have tried New Leaf and Staff of Life. Any suggestions?

There is a brand of bottle called "Born Free" that are free of toxins - I know that they are sold at Babies R Us, and probably most baby stuff stores that carry name brands. You can also order them online.
If you dont even want to deal with the plastic at all, most stores now sell glass baby bottles for the parents who would rather eliminate plastic altogether.
No I do not think you can find them in the SC area right now- I also live in SC and had to order on line from born free- it is kind of sad, but I talked to the owner of Jelly Beans a kids store on Soquel by the old drive thru and she was going to look into maybe carrying them so I would order them online
Not sure if you have a Whole Foods there, but we live in San Jose and I bought my Born Free toxin-free bottles at our local Whole Foods. I also saw somewhere that you may be able to buy Born Free bottles at Babies R Us, but I'm not sure if you have one in SC. Good luck! I really like these new bottles.
