Ok, my neighbor has one for her baby and it was a hand me down, so she doesnt know where to get it.
Anyways, its plastic-ish, it has a seat for baby and a seat belt and then it has a long handle for mom to push it.
I have seen those "bikes" with the handle everywhere, but this is more for a baby, it might even have a steering wheel like a car.
So, does anyone know who makes it and where I could find it before I search the web? Thanks!

OK, so it turns out it was very easy to find!! So, my next question, which one do you think is better-

http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3450927

or

http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4319504

Thanks again!

What can I do next?

I think you'd get more use out of the 3 in 1 trike. The other is cute but hard for a child to do on their own so you end up pushing all the time. The trike gets them use to pedaling while giving you the handle to push when they get tired (and they always get tired).

I had the first one you listed and my daughter loved it. The handle is removable so she played with it a lot.

My daughter got the 3 in 1 tryke for Christmas when she was 7 months old. We used it the following spring/summer/fall. We just pulled it out for the first time yesterday for the year. She loves it:) It converst up to a tricycle so it can grow with them. In the winter she sits in it in the house.

I have one, want it? Because my son just gave up 3/4 of the way around the block and I had to drag the stupid thing home. I bought it at Target for like $40. This is the one that converts to a 'rocking horse' type bike, and has removable foot pegs and all sorts of bells and whistles, I think it's Little Tykes...

I have one sitting in my garage with a bum wheel - too bad you aren't closer or I'd let you take it off my hands gratis. :-)

We had that! We loved it! It's a Kettrike, it lasted a long time and my boys really enjoyed it. We bought ours through onestepahead.com:
