Yes. I saw Dr. Case and Dr. Bell at Total Woman. It is a WONDERFUL facility and they were referred to me by many friends of mine. I had migraines throughout my pregnancy and Dr. Case prescribed me Fioricet (the generic is Butalbital). It does say on the side of the bottle not to use while breastfeeding, but nothing about pregnancy. My sister is a pharmacist and said it was perfectly okay to take during pregnancy.

im really suprised, cause i'm a patient there, and i love them. dr. reed delivered my older son (she doesnt deliver anymore) and dr. kernek delivered my younger son. is dr. kunts new? i dont know about migrance meds you can take, i was just suprised. maybe you should switch doctors, i hear dr. brown or dr. thomas are really nice. i also liked dr. forrester.

I am sorry to hear that you had this experience. I have seen Dr. Kuntz for years and she has always been great. I get migranes on occasions and fortunately I never got then when I was pregnant. I take excederin migrane, but of course that is not going to help you when you are pregnant. Have you tried your family physician to see if they can help? Try to keep talking with Dr. Kuntz about this because even though she would not be the one to help you with migranes when you are not pregnant she should at least help you while you are or refer you to someone who can help. Good luck.

i don't know about migraine meds. i just took tylanol and went to sleep for the migraines i got when i was preggers. but i went to Dr. Schweitzer and so did everyone else i know and he's great. just down the hall from woman first if i'm thinking of the same place. if i'm off, then message me and i will get you there better. but he's a great doc...and by the way sudafed (the regular kind) is safe to take for sinus's when your pregnant.

Hello there, I went to Timothy Spaulding OBGYN,he was great, and if I were you, I would definatly look elsewhere, that is ridiculous that she will not treat you for your other complaints. That just doesnt seem right. But when i was preggo with my son, my OBGYN put me on fioricet, it worked great. Hope this helped

While I was pregnant (I just had my son in October), the only pain medication they allowed me to take was Tylenol. But I got those migraine things that you stick on your forehead..they don't really have any medication in them, just a cooling gel that really works for me. They're in any pharmacy, as far as I've been able to tell. I got mine at Wal-Mart. Laying down in a dark, quiet room also helps a ton, if you have anyone else around to watch your little girl. Hope this helps. :-)

While I was pregnant with my son I had headaches badly. I cant remember the medicine that the dr put me on but it was some sort of caffeine pill. It started with an F. If I can find the name of it I will let you know. I was able to take it as early as the 2nd trimester
