M.P.
To be honest it would be strange to have those symptoms so early. They don't kick in for a couple of weeks. The earliest signs are major fatigue and really sore breasts. For me it was also an ithcy stomach and metallic taste in my mouth.
I went to the doctors today and got a urine test. Came back negative. Than got a blood test. The dr said it still may be to early for us to know. That I may have to wait to see if I get my period. Im very nerveous because I really wanna be pregnant. I started ovulating the 12 of this month. We had sex between the 9-12 and now Im starting to feel weird. Im having nausea, frequent urination(Dr. teste for uti and came back negative.) I have been craving food, but than Ill take a bite and it not taste good at all or I start getting really hungry and can eat. Im super gassy today. I have been feeling a flutter in my tummy and when the dr pressed on my abdomen feeling the uterous It felt swollen to me. Like that feeling you get when something is swollen and someone touches it. Kinda a uncomfortable feeling. I havent had any spotting or anything. Im cramping its a lil more painful than usual. Its a tight cramping. Kinda like a stretching feeling. Did any of you ladies feel this way? What do you guys think? Is there hope?

You might be in the process of pregnancy, but you would not be having symptoms yet. Implantation happens 7-10 days AFTER ovulation. You don't have the hormonal pregnancy symptoms until you have implanted, and released HCG. You just barely could have implanted maybe today...maybe. If you implanted today, you would not be able to get a positive test. The HCG hormone probably has not been released in your body yet, becuase you probably have not implanted yet. MANY woman get phantom symptoms when they want to be pregnant badly. We convince or bodies of it. I'm not saying you won't be pregnant, but it's too soon to tell and have symptoms. I'm a bit surprised your Dr. wouldn't have told you that!!! I'm sorry to say the only thing you can do is wait a week or two and relax. Stress and anxiety are terrible on a conceiving body. Take a test once you've missed your period.
You will not have a flutter in the tummy from a baby if you ovulated on the 12th. It's only been 4 days and even if the egg was fertilized it takes about 6 days for it to implant. At this point it is a ball of cells floating down the fallopian tube and not even in the uterus. And, that ball of cells isn't even as big as a poppy seed.
The nausea, urination, food cravings, and uterine swelling would not have happened yet if you were pregnant because the fertilized egg has probably not yet implanted. It is not until implantation that your body starts making hCG, the pregnancy hormone, that initiates all the changes. Personally, I think these symptoms might be psychosomatic, meaning that because you want so badly to be pregnant your brain is telling your body to behave this way.
Of course...if you ovulated earlier then you could be pregnant but if that were the case your urine test would be positive.
Be patient, keep trying, and good luck! But, I highly doubt you're pregnant. I hope I'm dead wrong :)
I agree with what the other moms are saying - I've had 2 babies and didn't feel any nausea before about 7-8 weeks. You won't feel the baby fluttering until at least 15-16 weeks (and for many people even later than that). I know what it's like to hope so much to be pregnant. So hang in there...these symptoms don't signal to me that you would be pregnant, but that certainly doesn't mean that you aren't. Just try to relax and be patient for a few weeks and then you can test again.
You wouldn't have pregnancy symptoms like that so soon!
If I am reading this right, you went to the dr. for a test when you may only be 4 days pregnant? Sounds like you may be jumping the gun a bit? I'm actually surprised they even gave you a urine test. 4 days after conception is way too early for a pregnancy test or to experience symptoms such as cravings. I think you may be very eager and excited. Give yourself a little more time (at least until you've missed your period) and go from there. Hope your next test is a positve one and you have a healthy pregnancy because it sounds like you really want a baby, best wishes to you!
You may be too excited, not to burst your bubble. I do hope you are pregnant. I didn't have cravings in the beginning that I remember, my breast HURT a lot, more than normal when starting my period. That's just what I remember. Now, it's been over 5 years since my last, 17 since my first, so my memory isn't as great as it use to be.
If you are not pregnant don't stress about it, the right time will happen and you will be. Enjoy getting pregnant!!!
There is always hope. You might be pregnant, guess you will just have to wait on your doctor. The feeling of flutters may be gas. I am currently prengant and you don't feel any movement or flutters till about 18 to 20 weeks. I know you want this badly so I do wish you the best.
Its totally possible, but theres no way to know if your 5 days pregnant. ;) Test again in a month.
maybe you are just feeling that you are pregnant because you are thinking about it much...
relax... during my first weeks i did not feel anything. no discomfort at all... when you are about to have your period you feel these symptoms too right so chill out and do not think about it...
I had hyperemesis with my last pregnancy (over abundance of hormones) and was super SUPER sick at 3.5 weeks pregnant and that is really REALLY early to have symptoms for pregnancy you at most would be 2.5 weeks pregnant and would show no signs of pregnancy yet at all. you could still be pregnant but it wouldn't show even on a test till about another week... then after that you most liekly wouldn't have symptoms like that for weeks yet after that unless you are unlucky like I was to have this desease and then you'd be sick the whole 9mo. Hope it doesn't happen. Give it time soon enough you will know.
