Its not my absolute favorite- but I do love it. It was my grandmother's name who recently passed away and I loved her dearly.
WDYT of the name?
we're also trying to incorporate two other family member's names into the name: Camden and my other Grandmother's name is Betty
(but we decided to use Elisabeth, which is prettier but still gives a family nod)
So which combo would you prefer? (surname is Kerr)
Cecilia Elisabeth Camden Kerr
Cecilia Camden Elisabeth Kerr
Cecilia Camden Kerr
Cecilia Elisabeth Kerr
Love Cecilia. If we have a girl, we plan to use it as the middle name. It was my Great Aunt's name, and she passed away 2 years ago. She was a saint. Her birthday was in January, which is the month that I am due, so I think that is a sign. Anyway, I didn't help you at all. :)

Cecilia Elisabeth Camden Kerr. You have fabulous tastes in names. <3 Cecilia isn't my style normally, but I love Cecilia Elisabeth. I'm also not normally big into surnames for girls unless they're middle names that come from family names because surnames are so masculine, but this combination is really nice and the whole name has ties to family. If you use Elisabeth as the first middle name it breaks up the consonants really nicely.

"Oh, Cecilia, you're breaking my heart! You're shaking my confidence baby!" Sorry, I couldn't resist. I LOVE that song :)
I love #1 or #4, as it is nice to have the Elisabeth breaking up the C & K sounds.
I do like double middle names. My little brother is Richard Thomas William

I really like the name Cecilia. And Camden is cool, too. Is this/will this be your only daughter? I was planning on having only one girl (I already had my boy and once I knew I was pregs with a girl, I was like "YAY! I'm DONE!!"), so I named my daughter after my mom and my MIL, using up both "family" girl names in one go. Then I got pregnant again - yep, another girl. She's not named after EITHER grandmother since both names were used on girl #1. Don't worry, she has a lovely name and doesn't feel slighted at all for not having a "family" name, but it would have been nice to have one name for each of the girls, instead of one girl getting both. If you're planning on having any more kids, Camden could work for both a boy or a girl. Use Cecilia Elisabeth for your little girl now, and save Camden for a future little girl or boy. But whatever you decide, they're all really good names and they all sound good together in all 4 of your potential combinations.

Cecilia Elisabeth is absolutely beautiful! My daughter has a similar name, and as others have mentioned, we've called her Cici as a nickname. She has started to prefer being called by her full name, but as a baby and toddler it was a really cute nickname!

Okay, i am sorry. This is the FIRST thing that popped into my head when I read "Cecilia"
Cecilia...you're breaking my heart, your shaking my confidence daily!" While I love that song, I couldn't name my daughter that since the woman in the song is a bed hopper. SORRY!!! LOL :)

Cecilia Elisabeth Camden Kerr; I like it!
I even have some bad memories of a girl I knew named Cecelia, and i still like that name.
CECK would be her initials...do you like how that looks/sounds?
I wanted to add two more things, maybe you will see my edit.
My son has two middle names, it is kind of a pain when you are filling out forms.
Also, I think the reference to Cecelia in the S&G song is to the goddess of music, Cecelia, not to an unrequited love. I'm just mentioning it so you can have a different take on the song and it s associations.

I love Cecilia! It is one of our top names too. Tho I think we're going with something else that we love just a little more! We also have a double middle name, and some people say its a mouthfull, but we think it sounds pretty (and after both my mom who is passed away, and my MIL) so it has meaning to us. And where we are from, we just call kids by their first name or nickname anyway, so the middle name is really just for the family!
I do like Cecelia Elisabeth Camden Kerr the best! It flows and sounds beautiful!
Good luck to you and your new beautiful baby girl!

I'm not a fan of the 4 names. It's just confusing I think. Sounds nice, but what's her middle name Elisabeth or Camden? It's just confusing IMO. Or some may think her name is Cecilia (first) Elizabeth (middle) Camden-Kerr (last name hyphenated).
That being said I prefer Cecilie Elisabeth Kerr.

"Celia \ce-lia\ as a girl's name is pronounced SEEL-yah. It is of Latin origin, and the meaning of Celia is "heaven". From Caelia, feminine form of the old Roman family name Caelius, probably from "caelum" meaning "heaven". Sometimes also used as a short form of Cecilia. Celio is the masculine form. The name was not used in the Middle Ages, and was introduced to the English-speaking world as the name of a character in Shakespeare's "As You Like It" (1599). Made popular in the 1940s by actress Celia Johnson."
"Cecilia \ce-ci-lia\ as a girl's name is pronounced sess-SEEL-yah. It is of Latin and Old Welsh origin, and the meaning of Cecilia is "blind; sixth". The name came from the Welsh name Seissylt meaning "sixth". It was later used as an English form of Latin name Caecilia, feminine of Caecilius (see Cecil). The feminine form is more popular than the male form because of the blind Saint Cecilia (second or third century) virgin martyr known as the patron saint of music. The name became common among Christians during the Middle Ages when it was brought by the Normans to England, where it was commonly spelled Cecily. The Latinate form Cecilia came into use in the 18th century. Cecil Rhodes was an industrialist and founder of Rhodesia. Soprano Cecilia Bartoli.
I LOVE Cecilia! I would have used it if I had had a girl. Or Celia, I like that too.
I love Cecilia Elisabeth Camden Kerr.

We thought about this name a lot...but my husband couldn't get some song "Cecilia your breaking my heart" out of his head so we had to say no....now my daughters middle name is a variation of the name that is a little different and is after my dads middle name which is great.
Celia is also a beautiful name that we thought of. and Celia elisabeth Kerr would be a beautiful name.
Best of luck
Out of your list I would Cecilia Elizabeth Camden Kerr. my only thing is it is a tad long!

I like Cecilia Elizabeth Kerr
I know a little boy named Camden... so to me it is a boys name...
But the name cecilia reminds me of the Simon and Garfunkel Song "Cecelia":
Cecilia, you're breaking my heart
You're shaking my confidence daily
Oh, Cecilia, I'm down on my knees
I'm begging you please to come home
Cecilia, you're breaking my heart
You're shaking my confidence daily
Oh, Cecilia, I'm down on my knees
I'm begging you please to come home
Come on home
Making love in the afternoon with Cecilia
Up in my bedroom (making love)
I got up to wash my face
When I come back to bed
Someone's taken my place
Cecilia, you're breaking my heart
You're shaking my confidence daily
Oh, Cecilia, I'm down on my knees
I'm begging you please to come home
Come on home
Jubilation, she loves me again,
I fall on the floor and I'm laughing,
Jubilation, she loves me again,
I fall on the floor and I'm laughing
LOL- hehehe- It is a very pretty name though!

Cecilia was on our short list for our second daughter, but we are big fans of The Office and pam and jim had just named their fictious daughter Cecilia, we didn't want people to think that was why we were using it. Yours has family signifigance so that's different. :)
I love Cecilia Elisabeth, with or without the Camden works. I just think it's a little long all together, but having a very short last name it does still work. Our very good friends just had a baby Camden born yesterday. :)

But it IS your g-ma's name, so absolutely go for it!!!
I really like the first option-great flow. I love a good meaningful double middle name!
My kids both have them.
To avoid having 4 initials we hyphenated the middle names. Haven't had any problems so far.

We were going to use Cecilia as a middle name because it was my grandmothers name but it just didn't flow with the first name we chose. I like the name and u could always nickname her CiCi. I don't like the idea of 2 middle names though. Very long and confusing.
