Some park districts have an open gym time where you pay $1 and the kids can run around and play with balls in the gym.
I was wondering if any of you moms know where I can find some activities, (free or super cheap), for me and my 5,2,1yr olds to do outside of the house. I'm a SAHM so I've been getting a little stir crazy and want to get out of the house. Since its so cold we cant really do any of the out side stuff we usually do. Any suggestions?
YOU LADIES ARE GREAT! Thank you! those are some great websites and I think we'll have lots of fun! THANK YOU!

Kosley Zoo in Wheaton is perfect for your kids and it's free. Bring your own lunch and you are all set for a few hours.
Also, fine different parks in neighboring towns, kids love new parks.

those should keep you busy!! (the second link will have to cut and pasted as it apparently is too long to be posted right. It is the BEST of the three, so take the time to do that.)

They have tons of free and cheap activities. I think there's a train musueum in West Chicago and the Kline Creek Farm also has some free activities.
I would check your local library website. they have all kinds of stuff going on all the time. story hour, arts and crafts etc. the museums in chicago offer free days each month also. so you could check into some of those things.
