Set up an appointment with him and interview him.

Repost with the doctor's name or at least the city in the title of your question. It will go to people in your area. A vague title like "do anyone know" doesn't help at all!!

Also specify in the question what you are looking for - a reference on that doctor, or a referral to someone in a particular specialty. That will get you more answers that are relevant.

We've got people on this site from all over the USA and a few who are out of country.
I'd never think of looking for a doctor referral though a parenting site.
