Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated!

Super hero pez dispensers. I would love getting one!! That's not DIY, but it's an idea :)
Love the superhero pez dispenser idea. It's something that people may keep for years. We had a frog themed wedding - centerpieces were lily pads and squeaky frogs were on them. Everyone got one. We visited friends after we had been living across country - about 5 years had gone by and they STILL had the frogs they got, and they were sitting on their mantlepiece! LOL. Have fun :)
are you on pinterest? I typed superhero in and got a ton of cool ideas, here are just the first 4...

The Dollar Tree I went to today had PEZ dispensers with Batman, Superman, etc.
Masks
Superhero tattoos (hallmark has some)
I like the idea that rock candy would be kryptonite. Perhaps have a 'candy bar' with clear bags for people to fill themselves. Just the label would make the supero-hero theme:
"Kryptonite" (rock candy), "The Spider that bit Spiderman" (gummy spider candy), "Wolverine's Favorite" (any kind of yellow or blue candy), "Captain America's Candy" (anything red-white-blue: jellybeans?), "Going Batty over Chocolate" for Batman (any kind of chocolate candy), etc.
OMG - that link from Frometoz -- those Tootsie Pops are ADORABLE! I'd make that if you're on a budget. CUTE CUTE.
Family fun has an adorable superhero lollipop valentine tutorial. You could totally cover the lollipop in a cute tissue paper that coordinates with your wedding colors, than add the mask and cape, and whatever message you want on the cape:

Bakerella.com has a variety of superhero cake pops that she has done. I distinctly remember Superman but I have made Batman cake pops and have seen Spiderman and Wonder Woman ones too.
join pinterest i bet there are ideas on there. apparently this is a popular theme for weddings now.
Actually, do people do favors much anymore?? I think the last few wedding i have been too didn't, instead the centerpieces for the tables were either edible or wine or someting like that.
google superhero themed weddings and the like. There are some super cute ideas out there.
Pinterest is a great place to look for ideas. In fact, you'll probably come up with too many ideas if you look around long enough. Good luck!
