Perfect time to go. Very few crowds. The weather may be a little chilly in the evening. I've seen a promotion about if you stay at a Disney hotel, the meal plan is free, but I don't know the dates.
Hi everyone,

Crowds....
Normally any travel deals??

Hi there,
First few weeks in November and first few weeks is December are a great time to visit DisneyWorld. The closer you get to Thanksgiving, the more crowded it will get, though.
The weather is great- you will need an umbrella and a light jacket just in case. But, typically, you will be able to still wear shorts, light shirt, etc... Also, the pools on site are all heated, so you can still swim (if you are staying on site).
Because the resorts are already at a lower price due to it being "slow" season, there are typically not any travel deals directly with Disney. You may want to check out package deals through the airline companies, though.
Finally, if you plan to get the Disney Dining Plan and/or you are wanting to do some of the Character meals, you really need to make those reservations now.

There is a special event going on at Epcot the first part of November, as well.

People are allowed to make reservations up to 180 days ahead of your vacation dates, so if you want decent eating times, you need to get started on it soon.
Best wishes,

We went to Seaworld last November the week before Thanksgiving week (November 15 - 21 which was the third week) and it was very quiet. No lines, no crowds, great weather. There seemed to be deals at hotels all over the place. Not sure what this year will be like, but if we ever go to Disney, I will definitely go back that same week again. The parks were all decorated for Christmas already too.
hey its a great time for no crowds and as some one else said in the evening its a little chilly . i've never been but i do go to disney in december you should definetly go but book ahead of time and remember to pack chapstick just incase i only packed one or two when i went and 2 or three years ago my youngest got bad chaped lips so be careful and have fun
I haven't been there at that time, but when I planned our trip in March I found these resources to be very helpful:
The Unofficial Guidebook to Disney World
mousesavers.com
Both have a TON of helpful info! Have fun!
if you decide to go - make sure and make reservations NOW to eat at some of the more popular places like cinderella's castle as those fill up fast and you cant just walk up and want to eat there. that is one of the best places to eat in the whole complex!
november is wonderful at disney. not nearly as hot as earlier and you won't need coats. unless they have a freeze lol. we love it in november.
We haven't been to Disney in November (yet, kiddo was just too little until this year) but we live about an hour outside of Orlando and November is when it's really nice around here and I don't want to move back North. Bring swimsuits but also sweat shirts and long pants for in the evening.
We always go the week after Thanksgiving and never wait for anything! (ok maybe 5/10mins.....lol). It is the best because they have the Chrsitmas party, lights, and all the holiday fun but without the crowds.
The weather (3 years ago) was HOT! Who knew (we are midwest folks so we are used to cold weather in November).
If you are going this November you need to make your dinner reservations now because they need to be made 6 months out. The longer you wait the fewer choices you will have.
The Cast Members are great so call and ask all the questions you have or check out AllEars.net.
Enjoy your trip!
IT IS THE PERFECT TIME to go........ I plan trips for all of my friends and co-workers to Disney. I even have Disney Fan Family parties every other year.. I guess I am a Mouse Freak.
The weather will be in the 70's with the evenings after sun down becoming a bit more jacket chilly. The crowds are low, increase a bit arounf Thanksgiving but nothing like Christmas. If you book now for then you can get almost anything you desire. Know if deals pop up you can always adjust your reservation to the promo.
First choose a budget now that you have a date and happy planning... If I can help with anything let me know. Have a MAGICAL time.
