Do you know of any good discount meat stores that have frozen vegetables and bread. The only meat store we found was a very expensive butcher shop.

Another suggestion: I'm not sure if you have one near you or not, but Super H Mart has excellent prices.
angel food is great! but you might get even more help if you re-post your question and add your specific city. this mamasource panel covers a pretty wide range (atlanta, asheville, augusta, greenville, etc). :)
have you heard of Blue Ribbon Foods? They are a direct order comapny that brings meats, veggies, etc. to your house every 6 months. The meat is hormone and drug-free, and the veggies are organically grown and flash frozen to preserve vitamins and taste.
