I'm currently on weight watchers, and i love it!! I was looking into some diet pills to speed up the process or to give me that extra boost. I'm still nursing, so i want to make sure everything i use is safe and natural. Any recommendations?

What can I do next?

Sounds like everyone is giving you great advice. I have not been on Weight Watchers. I am a rep for a company that has all botanical products. We have a beverage tablet that helps with energy and matabolism. If nursing I would recommend talking with your Doc. The main ingredient is Green Tea extract and guarana...so it is a natural from of caffeine. If that does not interest you, we do have amazing line of baby products. Many baby products have mineral oil and it is horrid for young skin causing all sorts of issue. If interested let me know. Weight Watchers is great. My mom lost a ton of weight. Keep it up!!!

The other two moms said it all. You don't need any more advice. Remember, anything that is temporary (pills, starving yourself, weird diets, whatever) is just that - temporary, and that is what your weight loss will be if you do it that way. You are already doing the best thing possible, Weight Watchers, where the idea is to change your habits permanently.

(I lost 20 pounds last year when my son was chronically ill, and I was SO skinny, and as soon as he got well and I was happy again and started eating again the weight has been creeping back on, slowly, slowly -- all that suffering for nothing.)

You definately want to check with your doctor on anything you might want to consider taking; that's great thinking!

NRGGO3!! Have you heard of it? You can take a look at it here: https://www.arbonne.com/products/weight_loss/figure8/prog... These products are botnanically based and definately safe.

If you would like more information, let me know.

I am also on Weight Watchers and I am life time member of 2 years!A word of advice is let your body catch up with the shock of a lifestyle change. Breast feeding alone burns a few hundres calories and with you being on WW give it some time before you know it the weight will fall right off.

Don't do it K.. It messes with your matabolism and even though going the longer way is - well - long, it is much better for you. I think when you get pills that speed up your metabolism, later when you stop, you really pack on the pounds. That is what happens to x - drug addicts too. Not to equate the two but you get the idea. Exercise is much better to complement your good eating. (How boring I know)

NO DIET PILLS while nursing. You'll basically be giving all that to baby... he doesn't need the diet, he needs to gain weight right now. Just wait till after you are done nursing. It seems like forever, but it will pass. Besides, nursing burns 500 calories a day! You are already on the most natural supplement!! :-)

I too am on weight watchers and have learned that everyone's body is different. It takes time however, you are doing it the right way which is making a lifestyle change vs gimics. Give yourself some time, you will be surprised how your body will change when you least expect it. Good luck~
