Hi mama's..I was wondering if pampers diapers expire?I have an unopened box of pampers swadlers that I had from my son(now 3)Im due in July with my 2nd...so I just opened them and the inside of the diaper looks discolored like almost beige...kinda weird.Im not going to use them but I was just curious if anyone has any input..Thanx!!!!
I actually thought they did expire, just because a friend told me they did. I will say that when I have used diapers (probably Pampers or BJs brand because those are what we usually buy) that were several years old, they didn't seem to hold the pee as well. It seemed like the absorbant filling clumped up instead of ballooning out. They did not look discolored, though.
A neighbor used diapers she had for over 2 years. They were a little discolored but were fine. She had no problems with rashes or anything like that. I would call the 800 number that should be on the box or package to make sure.
You should call the 1-800 number and check with them. If you ask me.. .I won't use them... just to be safe....
that's ridiculous!! They shouldn't expire or turn colors!! I would definitely ask for a coupon for a free replacement box when you call the 1-800 number.

I read that recently Pampers got into a load of trouble for having diapers that were causing chemical burns!
