Depriving your body of food will do nothing but channel your inner cave girl and cause your metabolism to slow...way...down. You won't lose weight, you'll feel sluggish and exhausted, your body will be deprived of essential carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Sure you'll be detoxed...because your body will probably search for anything and everything in your body because it is starving for energy.
