My girlfriends grandson got into the destin and spread it all over his body. What can they use to remove it without harming his skin?

Wipe off what you can and rub the rest in. It's not going to hurt him. We use it on my girls cheeks in the winter when they get chapped. I use it on my hands when they get severely dry. Works great on dry cracked feet too. :) I would just dress him in old clothes in case some rubs off. It might ruin his clothes.
I remove it with baby oil and cotton balls. Works like magic!
Wipe him down with baby wipes then give a warm, soapy bath.
I would just use warm water and baby soap. That's what I used to wash it off my little one's bottom, and my hands after applying it.
i'd just put him in the tub and clean him with a soapy washcloth. if it's really slathered on thick, try a little bit of dawn - it will cut through the ointment and won't really hurt him. put on a good layer of body lotion afterward, he'll be just fine!
I assume it's not readily coming off? You can try rubbing cooking oil into a section and see if that breaks it down, then wipe off with dry towel.
By the way... Website says it should not be ingested. Call poison control if you think he ate any. And "Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur: Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue)."
