I will be home sometime in October and will desperatley need a day at the spa to get back to my old self. While I have been gone, we moved form Lawton to Tulsa and I am not terribly familiar with the area. I need suggestions badly.
Have you looked into BERKSHIRE SALON AND SPA?

Don't know how close you are to Sand Springs but there is a new place about Second and Broadway. Those gals throw in all kinds of things and don't charge for every stinking extra. They are great to know. Ma Spa is the name.

Hello! Congrats on coming home soon, I'll pray for your safe arrival! I LOVE the Woodhouse Day Spa on Brookside. They are very nice and you feel like you are in another world. I also think they are pretty reasonable but I don't have anything to compare that too. They also have a website http://www.tulsa.woodhousespas.com/ which posts their prices.
