Has anyone sent their child to either the Mt. Prospect Child Care Center or the A+ Day School? If so what did you like or dislike about them. I am looking for feed back on these two schools.

My son has been going to the Mt Prospect Child Care center for a little over a year now. What he has learned there is incredible! They are nationally accredited and all staff have degrees in early childhood education. They also have continuing education requirements for the teachers. He is happy and I cannot beleive how much he is learning! I work 3 days a week and they are very good at working with me re my schedule. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I was a stay at home mom until my son was 18 months, I know this is a hard decision

My son goes to A+ day school. He is 16 months old. We started with this school because my coworker recommended it. We are taking our son to A+ since September (that means about 7 months) and we are very satisfied with them. There are two locations in Mount Prospect, and we use location on Kensington Drive. In these 7 months we didnt have any problem with them. They are following parents advices regarding kids, and also if they have suggestions they will let you know, to me it looks like very nice and correct relationship between teachers, kids and parents. Good thing also is that if your kid cant go to the day care for any reason, you will not pay for those days, but you will keep your spot.

My niece has been going there (A+ Day School) for about 6 months and her mother is thrilled with their care and attention to the children. My niece also loves to go to school there and she is 3.

R.,
I don't know anything about either one of those day care centers, but I do know that the Bright Horizons in Deer Park has an awesome director. I worked for her when she was the assistant director at a Schaumburg center. It is definitely worth checking out if isn't too far away for you. I would feel good sending my child there knowing that Amanda was in charge. I know it can be such a frustrating search, I am looking for daycare for my 11 month old right now in Oak Park. Hope this helps!
