K.,
I'm in the same boat. My day care provider's husband lost his job and they are moving up north next week. Do you have a flexable schedule? Maybe we can help eachother out. I'm off wed and thursdays and my husbands off sat and sun.

I am in a desperate situation. My daycare provider backed out on me at the last minute and now I am without childcare for my infant and my husband and I need to work. We are looking for an in home daycare that has immediate openings for an infant. We would prefer it be in Southeast/South Minneapolis, but we are open to Eagan and Bloomington as well. If anyone knows of anything, please let me know.

I would suggest calling your county office. They will have a list of the in home daycare providers in your area that are licensed.
If you can find a responsible teen that you know in the meantime to help out or a friend that doesn't work the same hours as you, that would give you some time to investigate your options.
Good Luck, I have been there and I know how stressed you are.

Email my friend Carissa at the following email:
____@____.com and let her know that C. referred you. She has a neighbor that does daycare full-time. She can give you her info.
I have a contact in Maple Grove. Let me know if you're interested or if that's too far away and I will get you that information. :)
