Dance Recommendations in Spring Hill Area

welcome home, S.! this dance studio in gardner is really neat. great concepts for older girls, anyway. they are very team oriented,they have to earn things like their warm-ups, they are very into having a healthy self image. and i know all this from watching other girls participate. i know that's all a bit in the future, i guess my thought was if they put this much effort/thought into how they run their business and how to create a fantastic team spirit, i can put a little effort into supporting my locals! good luck!

My daughter has been going to dance classes for about a year now at Leigh's School of Dance in Olathe. Not sure if you would want to drive that far or not. My daughter has taken the Tiny 2's class and loves it, but they do have a class for 3-4 years olds that is called Pre-School Combo. It includes dance and tumbling. My daughter turns 3 in just over a week so I am planning on enrolling her in the combo class starting this summer.

I started my daughter when she was 3, she is now 4, at The Dance Studio in Paola. We have been very happy there. They have a combo class with tap, ballet and tumbling. I have heard all good things about all three studios in Paola. I have never checked any in Gardner. My other daughter took a great combo class in Overland Park while we still lived in Olathe but it is a little far now from Paola!

Hi! I live in the area as well and have my whole life. Our Spring Hill Civic Center has information on dance classes for that age. My daughter has taken classes through there. That is the only place I know of that has info about it.

Welcome to Spring Hill S.!!!! I moved to Spring Hill about 6 years ago and love it!!!! The schools are AWESOME!!!! My friend takes her daughter to dance school and I will find out the name and get back to you. I took my daughter to Miller Marley about 10 years ago but they are in Overland Park. Hi there! I live just south of Spring Hill, closer to Hillsdale and I have been taking my daughter to Dance Expressions in Paola since she was 3. She started with "Kinderdance", that includes a basic ballet and tap training as well as some tumbling. This June will be her 3rd recital and it's so adorable to see it! I love the teachers, Martha and Erin(the owner). I've been very happy and never had an issue. I believe that they are ligitimate dancers and accredited instructors. Dance Expressions is right off the square in Paola right behind Miller's Pharmacy. Their number is ###-###-####. Good Luck!

I live in Spring Hill too and have 2 girls who have been in dance for the last couple of years. My 3 year old takes a dance class at the Culture House. They are located at about 119th and Blackbob. It's a little bit of a drive but worth it for us. If you're interested in more info you can send me an email. The class is really called Creatie Movement because they focus on teaching the girls how to move and dance to music, ect.
