Crayon in the Wash

Does anyone know how to get brown crayon out of an entire load of wash? It was either in one of her pockets or in the dryer and I didn't realize it before putting all the clothes in. It's all over everything! I've tried re-washing with little improvement.

What can I do next?

WD40 works - my cousin had multiple crayons melt on the back seat of her car and used WD40 and it came right out!

For more tips, just google, "getting mleted crayon out of fabric" there are lots of sites to get help from.

I was to understand that if you put newpaper on the item and iron it, that it would lift it out. Put the setting where it needs to be for the item your ironing. Hope this works for you.

you could try ironing the spots with a paper bag over the spot. I know this works for candle wax!! Also try putting liquid dish detergent on the spots. I put dish detergent on any oily spots on my kids clothes and it breaks down the grease and removes it. It is worth the try!!

I usually use a combination of Resolve Stain remover and Clorox Beach Alternaive (color safe) for stubborn stains, and it works fine. I've used it when my son had paint and cryon on his clothes, but i think the dryer may have baked the paint in. You may need to soak in Resolve for a couple of Hours before washing again.
