these will match up the store circulars with printable coupons and coupons from inserts and manufacturers coupons complete with links, sources, and dates.
we keep an eye on these and will use them to say get free toothpaste, dental floss, mouthwash, rice, spaghetti.
extreme couponing is really a part time job, and one which I don't care to take on.
the way we save money when shopping is-
be mindful of prices, we're better off buying tomato paste when its 5 for $4 than when its 4 for $5.
be compromising on brands- my BIL once worked in a cheese factory where he said the exact same mozzarella went down one conveyer and received the store brand packaging, and down another conveyer and received the brand name packaging (not true for all items, but true for many).
buy bulk (if the price per unit works out cheaper).
buy frozen (esp for fruit and veg which will be used for cooking).
reduce costs by re-thinking your cleaners. do you really need scrubbing bubbles, and lysol, and a toilet duck, and windex, and etc, or can you do the job with a scrub brush, some diluted bleach, and a bit of dishwashing soap.
reduce costs by re-thinking your disposables. do you really need paper towels, and napkins, and tissues, and paper plates, and small cups for mouthwash, and large cups for the game, or can you get by with some rags, cloth napkins and doing more dishes.
good luck to you an yours,
F. B.
