Yes, with both of mine I didn't test positive until I was like 5 or 6 weeks along and so they had to do ultrasounds to date the pregnancies. So, it could be stress, or you could be pregnant.
Hi,I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago but my period was due 3 days ago and of course im late so i took an at home pegnancy test but the results were negative,But i have regular cycles can i still be pregnant if test came out as a negative result?

yes. when i got pregnant (the first time) i was late for my period and i took a home test that came out negative so i said "im not" and i didnt worry about. after 3 months of no period i went to the dr. there piss test came back negative. i was 5 months along with my first child when they did a blood test that came back positive.
Yes, wait 2 weeks and test again. Then see your doctor for a blood test to be sure.
wait a week in test again. could be too early, faulty test, could be your just late because you are stressing about being late, could be anything. wait a week and test again if you still havent started
Yes, you could be pregnant.
If it's only been two weeks, there's probably not enough hcg hormone built up "if" you're pregnant. If your period hasn't shown up within the next two weeks, take another test or just call your OB and have them perform a blood test to determine pregnancy. It's just far too early right now to determine anything. But yes, you could be pregnant.
Yes, you could be. You ought to wait another week and then take another test. You could also ask the doctor's office for a blood test.
Meanwhile, start taking some pregnancy vitamins so that you have plenty of folic acid, just in case you are pregnant. I will do nothing but help.
Dawn
Of course, you could. Wait several days to a week, and test again.
yes. Sometimes a person does the test wrong, like i did, or the pregnancy hormone is not high enough for the test to register the pregnancy. You can have false negatives but not positives. For Best at home results you have to take it first thing in the morning. Go to a clinic or doctor's office to know for sure. They can do it by urine or by blood.
Just a side note, stress can really mess up your period schedule. I would suggest getting on the pill as a backup precaution method. It really helped me, as i had awful periods.
