I'm pregnant with my 2nd baby and although I am only around 7 weeks, I feel like my belly & breast are looking pretty big. Is it common for a second pregnancy to get big or start showing earlier?

With my 3rd, I swear I was showing before I even knew I was pregnant.
You arent actually showing, but the hormones are crazy right now, so you are bloated and swollen. I felt huge until I was about 15 weeks, then they leveled out a little bit and I felt so much better. Until well, I actually did get huge. ;)
But yeah, I would say pretty normal.
Yes with my second I couldn't hide it at all by 8 weeks.
With my first, I "looked pregnant" around 18-20 weeks. With my second, I was in my maternity pants by 12 weeks!

Depends on what body type you are. If you're really skinny to begin with, the early-pregnancy bloat can really show. Every woman is different- but even with me (I'm 24 weeks pregnant with #3), I'm significantly overweight, and my breasts were very swollen and tender by week 4. My clothes were fitting tighter before 10 weeks.

I was 100% in my maternity clothes at 7 weeks with my second.
You probably feel bigger than you look, but it's certainly possible that you're showing!

I have three children. I was 21 and stick thin when I got pregnant with my first. I didn't show until I was about 5 months along. With my 2nd, I was showing 10 weeks and with my 3rd, I swear I was showing when I was about a week pregnant!

I found I looked bigger or felt bigger, much earlier with each child. I think muscles are not as strong as the first time, there is bloating, and in the case of one of my daughters who kept feeling so 'big' she was carrying twins. I imagine it's just having had one child already. And Yes I did this with my pregnancies after my first.
With my first child I hid my pregnancy up until I was in my 2nd trimester...........with my second child, I don't even know if I was 2 months along and I could see I was pregnant!!!!!!!!
Yes! I looked pregnant with my second at 8 weeks! Funny story time- I worked all through my first pregnancy until 3 days before I delivered. That is not the funny part because I had to stand a lot and I constantly felt like I was going to pass out. Anyhow, I worked with a man that was A. administrative assistant and he was partially (coclear implants)deaf. So he did not 'hear' that I was preggers. I was about 7.5 months along and was in the cafeteria and he was shocked to hear that I was pregnant and that I was going to have the baby in a month! It was hilarious. It took me so long to show because I carried him so high, I literally was gasping for air during my last 2 months. I gained so much weight every where else and was always so jealous of those little skinny women with the beautiful large low baby bumps.

Yes lol. I was in maternity clothes by 10 weeks with my second. I was almost immediately in bottoms with my third I couldn't handle anything tight on my belly. I was already showing and told at work at 7 weeks.....a girl can only wear so many scarves and ruffled shirts haha.
