I've missed my period- I was supposed to have it on the 22nd and today is the 27 and I haven't got anything. Is it possible I could be pregnant? I have been trying to conceive and I can't, but hopefully god, I am pregnant but I need help. Today I had sore breasts and they are kind of itchy. My nipples hurt when I touch them only by massaging them would it relax me. Could it be too soon to feel symptoms or it could be my menstruation? I need your help or opinions, it is my 1st baby if I am pregnant.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I had intercourse on Saturday that passed, I was supposed to have my period by now, I have been feeling dizzy and I have had nausea and I feel like my blood pressure went down. To keep my nausea down, I had to drink soda. Somebody help because I need your help to know. Thank you very much for your help and opinions.

You need a pregnancy test, it sounds like it could be pregnancy.

The only way to know for sure it to test.

Some women have the same symptoms of early pregnancy when they are premenstral.

There are test that can show pragnancy very early - 7 days or less... get a home test or go see your doc & have them do a test for you.

Every person is different & actually every pragnancy different - I'm expecting #5 & my signs were different w/ each one. This one I had more nausea then any of the other (I had peppermint candy w/ me everywhere I went for the first few months - which helped a lot.) But you are showing a lot of "signs" - but I don't know your history, so it's always best to see someone that does.

Good luck!

You need to take a pregnancy test asap. First Response Digital told me I was pregnant with all of my pregnancies 2 weeks prior to missing my period. They are very sensitive in detecting pregnancy, and are very reputable as well. Stop driving yourself nuts and find out for sure :) Baby dust being sent your way!

Good feedback are you reading these go get a pregnancy test buy several of them all different brands and take 1 if negative don't give up wait a few day's then repeat with a new test some women it shows that they are pregnant before their first missed period others have to wait a week or sevreal weeks before it detects the pregnancy hormone,if you go into weeks 2nd and 3rd call your DR and they will send you to the lab to get a blood test done that is the only 100% sure way to tell after neg.testing at home and also to call them if you do have a positive test so for they can order a blood pregnancy test to set you up on on prenantal care. Let us know what your outcome is

My best advice is to take an at home test, I highly recommend clear blue. Also be sure to take it first thing in the morning that's when hormone levels are at the highest. I just found out I am expecting and the only sign I had was sore breasts and nipples. Best wishes.

You definitely could be, but the only way to know is to take a test. If it turns out you aren't, I suggest getting the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and learning to chart your fertility so you know when the best time to conceive is for you.
