Not to sound blunt or to scare you, but it sounds like either a urinary track infection which causes lower back pain or a possible ovarian cyst. I have experience both. Either way, I would see a doctor. Pregnancy does not cause that kind of pain. Or at least in my experience.

I suppose it's possible. But this doesn't sound like pregnancy. See a doctor

i know you posted this a while ago but i also had the same symptoms right before i found out i was pregnant with my now 9 month old, the symptoms wernt due to the pregnancy, i had an ovarian cyst that ruptured. go to a dr to see if you can get it diagnosed.

Its possible. Start by taking a test, and scheduling to see your doc. I never had abdominal pain during my pregnancy. I haven't heard of women having hip pain till later in the pregnancy (like 2nd to 3rd trimester). Every body is different though, and every pregnancy is different.

just go to the doctor. Usually pregnancy -- especially that early on -- doesn't hurt. could be uti/kidneys, or appendix, though.

I would take a pregnancy test and schedule an appointment with your doctor soon if it is positive. You want to be sure it is not a tubal pregnancy with the pain that you are having.
