Where do I look online or in the phonebook for either an adult sized "Elmo" costume to rent, or someone to hire to come to my son's first birthday? My brother really wants to do it himself (my son will go nuts with excitement) but I have tried looking up costume rental places and have not come up with much. We live in Farmington but any distance within 30 miles is fine. Thanks for the help!

Have you tried Lynch's they are in Livonia at
Plymouth Rd & Levan in the strip mall behind the
liquor store.
They have tons of costume rentals!

First place that came to my mind is Lynch's in Dearborn ###-###-####).
We rented an Elmo from a tux / costume shop in waterford / Drayton Plains. I can not recall the name of the shop but it is on Dixie Highway between Sashabaw and Walton. They call it the "red monster" but it is Elmo. Elmo is a trademark so they can not call it Elmo. I think the place was called Suttens but I am not sure - you can look up Tux shops in that are.
