Do not go to a "spa" or "center" even if it has the word "medical" in it's company name. Go to a real doctor, preferably a dermatologist or possibly a plastic surgeon.
Okay, so it's time to deal with a few issues... mild acne scarring, recent pigmentation on my cheeks from too much time outside / hormones, and some strange creases in my cheeks that may take some injections to improve. Anyone know if facial peels actually work and who is best in San Antonio for these types of treatment. Has anyone ever used Radiance Medspa? Any advice on what works and who to use is much appreciated!

I had laser for small veins on my face, redness around the nose. It worked, but as I was warned it came back in 2 years later and I am going soon to get it done again. It was totally worth it. I have not done the peels, what stoped me is the look these people get after the peels - skin looks paper thin, wrincles even more....yack.
If you have scarring and pigmentation, I would suggest getting micro-derm abrasion instead. I had the peels and they didn't work nearly as good as the micro-derm abrasion and they cost about the same per treatment. The micro-derm abrasion refreshed my skin and made it look silky smooth. Just a suggestion.
